Lately
I haven’t really worked out much, but I haven’t really been eating bad either. Just kinda feeling out of it. Too much work and homework. I will get back into the groove soon.
Just got my bottom braces today, FUN.
On the bright side, my sister is home. I get to see the boy I’m dating, Jered, on Sunday night. My best friend came over on 4th of July and we got smashed. But it was so much fun.

Today in a nutshell.
Today’s foods :)
Breakfast: Fiber one chocolate bar
Lunch: Smart ones french toast and sausage
Dinner: Cheese quesadilla on wheat tortillas
Snack: Chocolate smoothie (made with yogurt, chocolate soy milk, and ice)
And for my workout, I decided to go a little easy today…
I did 15 minutes of walking, with an incline of 8.0 most of the time on the treadmill…then 15 minutes of intense biking switching between level 8 and 10. Not very long, but I felt the burn. Heyyy future good looking calves. :D
Not much else going on. Worked 10 hours today, am doing homework now, and another work day tomorrow. How exciting my summer is. I hope you all are having a great 4th of July weekend so far! I can’t wait for Monday!
Cheats
Today I cheated a little bit on my diet. Had Cici’s pizza buffet for lunch. Their buffalo chicken pizza is to die for! But I haven’t had anything else today, and am getting ready to head to the grocery store for some healthy choices! :) Also, no workout for me today, but that’s alright, tomorrow is a new day!
Goodbye June, Helloooo July.
Some things I’ll miss about June that July cannot offer me:
-80 degree days with a nice, cool breeze. Perfect weather.
-Going outside without sweating immediately
-Knowing that school is still 2 months away, so no worrying about that :P
-Fatty foods.
Some things about July that I’m excited for:
-Friends from school are coming to visit for a whole 3 days and I will get to show them the fantastic city of St. Louis!
-LOSING WEIGHT
-Being a healthier me
-Finishing my summer class
-Being productive!

Motivation Pleaseee.
Today I’ve got a long list of things to do. Which I also had yesterday, but failed miserably at accomplishing anything except for a new grocery list, some workout tips, figuring out lap swimming times at the rec, and laundry.
But todayyy. I must finish revising my paper for my online class, do some treadmill/cycling and then hit the lap pool, work on some chemistry notecards for fall, and start looking at what my books are going to cost me for next semester. I also have other little things to be done, but we’ll see where my motivation takes me.
On the flip side, my breakfast for today will be my other half of my Bread Co. chipotle chicken sandwich from yesterday, which is sounding mighty delicious at the moment. Grocery shopping time tomorrow so then I’ll be ready to go for good food! Until then, it’s looking like grilled chicken cuts out of a box for me, which I’m totally okay with.
